Job Title: Commercial Legal Advisor
Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description
– Review legal cases, petitions and internal
matters requiring legal input /perspective, consult with all relevant parties,
advise on case/petition/legal related matter, provide recommendation on course
of action and effectively take appropriate and approved action in accordance
with the rules and regulations of MTNN.
– Draft legal agreements and review all
relevant documentation supporting contracts for authenticity and validity,
reviewing commercial agreements and documentations of transactions.
– Conduct proactive prevention of litigation,
ensuring Legal processes and services are effective and efficient in line with
defined and approved design and rules.
Job Condition:
– Travel – local and international
Experience & Training
Experience:
– 4 years of litigation and commercial
drafting experience in a reputable law firm or as proprietor
– Civil/commercial litigation experience.
– Knowledge of telecommunications environment
will be an advantage.
– Commercial/technical and/or further legal
qualification will be an advantage
– Experience in handling and negotiating
funding
– In depth experience and understanding of
the Nigerian framework
Training:
– Basic GSM technology
– Contract drafting and negotiation skills
Minimum qualification
. LLB

A man who went to catch fun with some
prostitutes in a brothel has reportedly killed youths who came to ask him for
money.
According to The Nation, the incident after a
fight ensued at a brothel located along Old road, off College road, Aduwawa in
Ikpoba-Okha local government area of Edo state.

Reports say shops and houses were locked
after the incident and residents fled to avoid arrest by police officers in the
state as blood stains were seen on the ground, and the brothel, subsequently
locked up.
Some youths had reportedly stormed the
brothel to forcefully collect money from the man (name withheld) who had
appeared at the brothel to have fun, but three of them were stabbed.
Eyewitnesses disclosed that two people died
instantly.
The Edo state Police spokesman, DSP Stephen
Onwochei, when contacted, said he was yet to be briefed on the incident.

their kids. Pictures of the loved-up couple were allegedly leaked by an insider
to the public
The happy couple was said to have make public
their reconciliation when they went to Silverbird Galleria together and even
posed for pictures.
Following the break up of his marriage, Ike
had been pointing fingers in different directions. First, he blamed the Actors
Guild of Nigeria president, Ibinabo Fibresima-Egbuka, then Household of God
pastor, Chris Okotie, for coming between him and his wife.
The couple were married for 12 years before
their split.
