It is an integral
part of being not to get satisfied. It corroborates economics philosophy that
says “human want is insatiable”. Dr
Okezie Ikpeazu deserves a nudge from Abian over his arduous efforts in making
Abia enabling enough for foreign investment. More so, oppositions should
restrain from their stereotyped pessimistic and mudslinging attitude and join
others enjoy the development the incumbent administration has.

What Is Your Advice
To The Governor
In the first place he has started so well, and Abians
seriously wants to see this style of governance, but I will advice that, this
is not the time to embark on lots of project particularly, the road project. I
suggest he identifies one or two roads that is very important to Aba people to
be specific, and seriously tackle it and deliver on timely basis. I know he has
the mind of touching every sector, section and every senatorial zone in the
state. I want him to concentrate more on Aba roads and do one or two that
people will see and appreciate. Obviously, every stratum of Abia people does
business in Aba. If one or 2 roads are completed in record time in Aba, it will
have multiple effect on the senatorial zones. Name it Abia North, Abia Central
and Abia South, most of them are business men and women residing in Aba
Despite Your Ticket
Denial to Run for Federal House, You did not Defect You gave Unalloyed Support
to Your Party
Firstly I am a good party man, and I believe in PDP. The
essence to belong to any political party is to first and foremost to subject oneself
to that political party. My party deemed it necessary for me not to contest the
House of Representatives position. Who am I to begin to question the party? I
think, besides that, for PDP to stand tall, PDP should halt it stereotyped way
of imposing candidates on the people. They should dwell more on the interest of
the people. It’s the only measure that can bring PDP back to the system. And I know they are taking that bold step by
making sure everyone is captured. Also, now that we have learnt our lessons, we
will dwell more on internal democracy. Democracy in that, when majority wants a
candidate, the party should be able to support that candidate. This is due to
the fact that majority carries the vote. What really gave us some of the
setback we had in the past is, instead of supporting the minds of majority, the
few minorities at the apex of PDP would impose a candidate on the masses.
As a good party man, we have learnt our lesson. I strongly
believe, it will not happen again. I advice all PDP especially,
those who are aggrieved to leave the past behind, because is only God that
gives power at the end of the day. I know we will do better come 2019. PDP will
definitely come back again. Is only PDP that has good representation in every
ward and communities I want every PDP member to support all our candidates at
various levels. And where they go wrong, never hesitate to advice them. I
believe this will deepen our democracy, and give much talked about dividend of
democracy to the masses.
The Fate Of PDP At
The Federal Level
If I do not believe in PDP, I would have decamped. PDP is going to survive. PDP has learnt their
lesson, and we are going to correct every step we have made that is not okay.
We are going to redress that step and to take better step that will impress the
general public. PDP is PDP. Before 2019, it would be crystal clear that PDP is
a party to be in
Impact of Being
Opposition
We do not feel anything. We are learning. We are watching
the APC. They are trying their best. By the grace of God, PDP will come out
very strong and formidable again.
Governor ikpeazu And The Tribunal
Basically there is a certain decision PDP took, that is not
okay. But we have learnt our lesson. Talking about Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, I know
him very well. He has the zeal of developing Abia state. The only thing we need
to keep doing is to pray for him. We need to support him morally, spiritually
and in all areas. Is not all about tribunal case. I know PDP won the election
clearly. Whatever thing he is doing currently, I bet you he will double it at
the end of this tribunal case. I tell you, the tribunal is even slowing him
down. He is going to perform much better immediately after the tribunal. Whoever
is saying his actions are been influenced by the tribunal case, is just wasting
his or her time, because they will see better Ikeazu from PDP after the
tribunal case
Advice For Abians
My advice for Abians generally is that they should keep hope
alive. Things will be better for Abia people under the leadership of Dr Ikpeazu
and PDP. There is hope for Abians. Abia state is going to move from the present
position to a more enviable position. And you should always pray for Abia.
